We are delighted to welcome Paul Dryden as the very first person to take on this position.

Introducing Paul Dryden
Paul joins Rapid Energy with an impressive career spanning two decades in sales, account management, and business development across the heating, construction, and utilities sectors.
Most recently, Paul was National Sales Manager UK & Ireland at LOGSTOR District Heating Solutions, where he focused specifically on supporting district heating projects and solutions. His previous leadership roles at Savortex, Viega, Allgood, and Conex Bänninger highlight his ability to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver results in technically demanding markets.
With a proven track record of engaging stakeholders at every level, from contractors to consultants, housing associations to government bodies, Paul brings both the commercial acumen and technical insight required to drive our growth in this sector.
Paul’s Focus at Rapid Energy
As District Heating Sector Manager, Paul will:
- Develop and deliver sales strategies for boiler hire solutions in the district heating sector.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across public and private sectors.
- Lead client engagement from enquiry through to proposal, negotiation, and delivery.
- Create tailored solutions in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
- Stay informed on market trends and sustainability goals to shape client offerings.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
