A Proven Leader
Krishan brings nearly a decade of operational leadership experience, including his previous role as Senior Operations Manager at Amazon. One standout achievement at Amazon saw him lead a site-wide turnaround where he increased throughput per hour by 37.6% and improved employee engagement scores by 33% in just six months. He achieved this by introducing tailored training plans, structured team alignment routines, and targeted safety improvements, resulting in a 61.9% reduction in safety incidents. Additionally, he led the rollout of an upgraded shrink wrap system across 83 sites in the EU, saving £1.9M annually, reducing CO₂ emissions by nearly 66%, and enhancing load stability and handling efficiency.
This hands-on, results-driven approach is exactly what makes Krishan a valuable addition as we scale our operations and continue delivering under pressure.
His New Role
In his new role at Rapid Energy, Krishan will lead the operational delivery of our temperature control hire solutions across the UK. From engineering coordination and emergency deployments to service performance and strategic planning, he will ensure that we continue to deliver the speed, reliability, and technical excellence our clients expect, with no compromise.

His experience in operational leadership, along with his ability to drive results in high-pressure environments, makes him well-positioned to lead our operations and support Rapid Energy’s continued growth.
