As we continue to grow at pace, we’re expanding our team and creating new roles that strengthen our sector expertise and client support. One of these exciting appointments is our new Facilities Management (FM) Sector Manager.
That’s why we’re delighted to welcome Andy Head to the team. Andy brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving growth, building strong client relationships, and delivering sector-specific solutions.

About Andy
Andy joins us from Veolia UK, where he spent over eight years in senior business development roles, most recently as National Business Development Manager in the FM Sector. In that role, he worked closely with facilities management organisations to provide sustainable and compliant solutions across complex, high-value contracts.
Before that, Andy served as Regional Sales Development Manager for South England and Wales, leading on large regional contracts and tenders. His career journey also includes senior commercial roles at HIPPO, EM Highway Services, and Honda UK, where he built a solid foundation in procurement, logistics, supply chain management, and strategic partnerships.
With more than 15 years’ experience across procurement, supply chain, waste management, and facilities services, Andy’s sector knowledge and customer-first approach make him ideally placed to lead our FM growth strategy.

The Role
As FM Sector Manager, Andy will spearhead business development within the facilities management market, focusing on:
- Building strategic partnerships with leading FM providers
- Helping clients meet their temperature control and power hire needs for both planned and reactive projects
- Delivering tailored, site-specific solutions designed to minimise downtime and ensure operational continuity
- Developing long-term framework agreements that give FM clients confidence and scalability
- Driving innovation, sustainability, and resilience within the sector
Andy’s role is central to our mission of supporting the FM market with fast, dependable, and expertly engineered temperature control hire solutions that help organisations move from operational jeopardy to operational confidence.
