The hospice environment meant that heating and hot water could not be interrupted at any point, as this would directly affect vulnerable patients.
The temporary boiler needed to be completely reliable, with zero tolerance for breakdowns or performance issues.
Continuous, real-time monitoring was essential to ensure any potential faults could be identified and addressed before they caused disruption.
Installation and commissioning had to be carried out smoothly and discreetly, avoiding any disturbance to patients, staff, or visitors during the project.

Our team deployed a 300kW packaged gas boiler with a plate heat exchanger, integrated potable water connections, and all necessary adaptors and power supply leads. The temporary boiler was:
Delivered and installed with minimal disruption to the site.
Commissioned quickly to maintain operational continuity.
Equipped with remote monitoring, enabling our engineers to track performance and respond immediately to any issues.
By combining the right equipment with expert installation and oversight, we created a temporary solution that was both reliable and low-risk.
The hospice continued to operate safely and comfortably throughout the plant room replacement. Patients, staff, and visitors experienced no disruption, while the contractor had complete assurance that the system was monitored and reliable. The project delivered peace of mind and operational resilience when it mattered most.

“We acted fast to deliver a reliable heating system with remote monitoring to ensure Prospect Hospice stayed fully operational during their plant room works – with minimal fuss and zero disruption.”
