We are thrilled to share that Rapid Energy’s junior engineer, Victoria Hooper, has been crowned the winner of the Rising Star Award at the HVR Awards 2025.
On top of this incredible achievement, Victoria was also Highly Commended for HVAC Woman of the Year. This is a testament to her outstanding contribution to the business and her growing influence across the industry.
A Night of Celebration
The HVR Awards 2025 took place on Thursday 2nd October at the Park Plaza London Riverbank, bringing together leading names in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning to celebrate the best of the industry.
The evening began with a drinks reception at 7:00 pm, followed by dinner before the highly anticipated awards ceremony at 9:45 pm. As the night unfolded, Victoria’s name was called for the Rising Star Award, sparking well-deserved applause from peers across the sector. Later, she was once again recognised when she was announced as Highly Commended for HVAC Woman of the Year.
The celebrations carried on into the afterparty, but the real highlight for our team was seeing Victoria’s hard work, skill, and determination rewarded in front of the entire industry.
