As 2025 draws to a close, we took the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and celebrate what has been a hugely successful year for Rapid Energy. Not just in terms of business growth, but in the people, teamwork, and culture that sit behind everything we do.
This year, our teams in Kent and Redditch marked the festive season with two different Christmas celebrations.
A Team Challenge for Our Kent Crew
Our Kent-based team kicked off their Christmas celebrations with a fast-paced, team challenge experience that put problem-solving, communication, and teamwork to the test.
Working through a series of timed challenge rooms, teams had to think quickly, support one another, and adapt under pressure – skills that translate directly into how we deliver reliable HVAC hire solutions every day. There was lots of laughs, and a few moments that proved some of us are better at installing boilers than cracking puzzles.
After the challenges were complete, the team headed out to enjoy a well-earned meal together, giving everyone the chance to relax, refuel, and catch up away from the clock and the scoreboards. It was a great way to round off the day and celebrate the strong team dynamic that underpins our growing hire and rental HVAC operations.
Festive Fun at Our Redditch Depot
Our main depot in Redditch hosted a separate Christmas celebration that brought the team together to mark the end of a busy and successful year.
The evening included a Christmas quiz, with one round featuring merged photos of team members where everyone had to guess who was who. Alongside this, there was a Secret Santa exchange, a delicious three-course meal, and some friendly competition on the bowling lanes. The mix of activities kept the night flowing and gave everyone a chance to get involved.
It was a great opportunity for the team to catch up, have a laugh, and spend time together away from the day-to-day of delivering temporary heating and cooling hire projects.
A Year of Growth
2025 has been a standout year for Rapid Energy, with continued growth across our team, our hire fleet, and the range of temporary heating and cooling services we offer.

That growth has only been possible because of the people behind the business, our engineers, operations teams, and office staff, who consistently go above and beyond for all our clients.
