Our 250kW HWS Plate Exchanger is a highly efficient solution for instantaneous domestic hot water heating. This plate includes a secondary pump and gauges, which will circulate DHW to the secondary side of the system.

Designed for ease of handling and installation, we’ve enhanced the original design with a custom-built frame and pipework, allowing for simple placement with a forklift or pallet truck.

This unit heats potable water to your desired set point (standard 65°C) using low temperature hot water (LTHW) supplied from a boiler or low-loss header.

Ideal for smaller-scale applications, this unit provides a compact, reliable alternative to traditional systems with buffer vessels. It features an automatic control system with a 3-port diverter valve and integral controller, ensuring consistent performance based on demand.
