Planned boiler plant room shutdowns for maintenance or new plant room installs. We have a vast amount of experience providing a full turnkey solution for FM companies. From an initial site survey, through to delivery and commissioning.

Emergency hire for a failed boiler plant room. If your client has experienced a sudden, unexpected boiler failure, we can respond very quickly. Available 24/7, we can deliver, install and commission a boiler within 24 hours.

Contingency and Service Recovery Plans. If heating and/or hot water is critical to your client’s facility, our service recovery plans are an excellent solution. Designed to mitigate heating and hot water downtime, we can deliver and install a temporary solution in rapid time. We provide a complete management solution during the hire period, using our fully integrated BMS. We handle the performance of the boiler and the fuel management if Oil or HVO is chosen.
