About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile marketing professional to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). In this role, you will take on a broad spectrum of responsibilities spanning both offline and online marketing initiatives. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving the marketing department’s key performance indicators and driving overall business success.

This is a multifaceted role that requires a diverse skill set. While we value existing expertise, we also provide internal training and support to help you excel where skill gaps exist. A key requirement for this role is exceptional writing ability. Candidates should be prepared to showcase examples of their previous work – whether from a professional setting or academic projects such as a dissertation – demonstrating their skill in producing impactful content and delivering measurable results.

Marketing is central to our business development strategy, playing a pivotal role in prospecting and lead generation. You will be involved in creating, interpreting and executing a variety of marketing materials and initiatives, including but not limited to:

  • eBrochures
  • Case studies
  • Webinars
  • Presentations
  • LinkedIn posts
  • Exhibitions

Success in this role also requires a strong foundation in customer profiling, market research and industry analysis. Candidates with proven experience or work samples showcasing these capabilities will be at a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute compelling, creative content that aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media management, email campaigns and website updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyse marketing performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Manage time-sensitive projects and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing efforts in line with the company’s commitment to Kaizen.

Key Attributes and Requirements

  • Demonstrates our company values: Leadership, Customer Centric, Kaizen, Integrity, and Teamwork.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
  • A talented wordsmith with creative writing expertise.
  • At least 12 months of marketing experience, either agency or client-side.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across departments.
  • Strong time and task management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus (but not essential).
