The initial training phase focuses on our Operations team, equipping them with the hands-on knowledge needed to install and commission equipment more effectively. Sales team training will follow, with a focus on technical applications in heating and cooling systems.
With access to operational units, tools, and specialist test equipment, engineers can sharpen their understanding of site conditions and electrical requirements, ultimately improving both the quality of service and customer satisfaction.


A Measurable Commitment to Growth
Progress won’t just be assumed, it’ll be tracked. Every participant completes a skills evaluation before training begins and will repeat the process after six months to measure improvement. Feedback channels have also been opened internally to continuously adapt and improve the experience.
