We’re thrilled to welcome Jake Bonser to the Rapid Energy team as our newest Service Engineer.
Jake joins us with over nine years of hands-on experience in the industrial engineering sector, with a strong focus on HVAC service, maintenance, and diagnostics. Most recently, Jake worked for an industry-renowned brand, where he was responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of systems, including boilers (22kw – 600kw), cold water chillers (30kw – 750kw), oil heaters, portable A/C units, and electric heaters, in both field-based and depot environments.
Proven Expertise and Certifications
Jake’s technical proficiency is further supported by his F-Gas certification and extensive experience in fault finding and customer support, often guiding clients through issues remotely. His ability to install, de-install, and maintain complex systems on-site makes him a perfect fit for the high standards of service Rapid Energy is known for.
In addition to his HVAC expertise, Jake holds key qualifications in refrigeration and heat pumps, health and safety, IPAF, forklift operation, and first aid. This diverse skill set will be invaluable as he supports our growing customer base.
